If you’re like most patients, you appreciate being well informed before arriving at your appointment. Below is an overview of what you can expect during your first visit to Chisholm Creek Dental.
Our team will start your appointment by asking a few questions about your medical and dental history. Certain medical conditions or medications can impact your treatment plan, so we will also ask you to list any medications, supplements, and vitamins you are taking and their corresponding dosages.
This may include x-rays and a non-invasive oral cancer screening. If no signs of periodontal disease are present, one of our hygienists will continue with a routine cleaning. If we do notice signs of periodontal disease, we may ask you to reschedule the cleaning portion of your appointment to allow the proper amount of time for a thorough cleaning.
Once your exam is finished, we will discuss our findings with you. Together, you will create a treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile.
Don't feel guilty if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while! You have made an excellent decision for your oral health.
We pride ourselves on providing quality, affordable services. We offer many payment options, including CareCredit. We can additionally prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you the amazing smile you deserve in a timeframe you can afford.
At Chisholm Creek Dental, we want you to feel relaxed during your visit. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable!
